FIRST
DAY (17 May, 2017)
- Participants of the exhibition visit gathered at Soekarno Hatta International Airport at 16.00 pm (ust On Time). The journey to Yogyakarta with Garuda Indonesia GA187 at 16:20 pm is expected to arrive at Adisucipto Airport Yogyakarta at 17.35 pm.
- Arrive at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro at 18.00 pm : Gathered in Lobby for room key division.
- Dinner at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro Restaurant on Level 5
- Rest in the hotel room.
YOGYAKARTA
DAY
TWO (18 May, 2017)
- Prayer at dawn at Inna Garuda Yogya Mosque & breakfast at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro At 07.00 am.
- After breakfast participants visit the exhibition to get ready to the location of exhibition Java Ethnic Artnival.
- At 08.00 am participants visit at the exhibition site of Java Ethnic Artnival.
- At 09.00 am the exhibition starts with some entertainment. The exhibition of Java Ethnic Artnival showcases various cultures from various regions in Java.
- At 12.00 am until 13.30 pm visitors carry out ISHOMA. Diners have lunch at Gadri Resto.
- At 14.00 pm the exhibition will be held again until 16.30 pm. After that free program until 17.30 pm.
- At 17.30 pm the participants visit the exhibition back to the hotel and get ready to perform the maghrib prayer and dinner.
YOGYAKARTA
DAY
THREE (19 May, 2017)
- Prayer at dawn at Inna Garuda Yogya Mosque & breakfast at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro At 07.00 am. After breakfast the exhibition attendees prepare to return to the Java Ethnic Artnival exhibition site for the second day of exhibition.
- The exhibition activity on the second day is the same as the first day. It starts at 09.00 am and finishes at 17.30 pm.
YOGYAKARTA
DAY FOUR (20 May, 2017)
- Prayer at dawn at Inna Garuda Yogya Mosque & breakfast at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro At 07.00 am. After breakfast participants exhibition visits free activities.
- Travel to the tourist attractions of Sadranan Beach Gunung Kidul at 08.00 am.
- At 09.30 am until 11.30 am arrived in Sadranan Mountain Kidul Beach (free activity such as photo session or snorkeling activity).
- At 12.00 am ISHOMA. After ISHOMA, the participants of the exhibition visit will conduct their next trip to Borobudur Temple Magelang.
- At 14.00 pm the exhibition visit participants arrive at Borobudur Temple and conduct free activities (photo session or souvenir purchase).
- At 15.00 pm participants visit the exhibition back to Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro and rest.
- At 19.00 pm up to 21.00 pm shopping trip to Malioboro then back to the in to rest.
YOGYAKARTA
DAY FIVE (21 May, 2017)
- Prayer at dawn at Inna Garuda Yogya Mosque & breakfast at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro At 07.00 am.
- At 07.15 am exhibition visit participants are preparing to take their next trip to "KNIGHT AWAY OF KEDON KULON PROGO".
- Then to the tourist attractions at 08.30 am, then get ready to travel there.
- At 11:45 pm ISHOMA.
- After that travel to the next resort.
- From 13.00 pm to the tourist attractions "MUSEUM KRATON YOGJAKARTA" until 14.30 pm.
- Then travel to tour "CRITICAL PARADISE" until there at 16.00 pm until 17.30 pm to enjoy the sunset.
- After that make the journey home to take a break.
- Arrive at the hotel at 19:00 pm then rest and hold dinner activities together.
- At 19.30 pm the participants of the exhibition visit took a break
YOGYAKARTA - JAKARTA
DAY SIX (22 May, 2017)
- Prayer at dawn at Inna Garuda Yogya Mosque & breakfast at Hotel Grand Inna Malioboro At 07.00 am.
- Then at 07.30 am to breakfast breakfast after that gathered to do buy souvenir at 08.00 am to place souvenir arrived at the location at 08.30 am until at 10.00 am at CENTER BY - BY TOWN YOGYAKARTA.
- Then participants of the exhibition visit prepare to go to Adisucipto Airport Yogyakarta
- Upon arrival at the airport, participants of the exhibition visit make an airline ticket reservation all the time waiting for the departure hour of the plane at 12.10 pm
- The plane arrives at Soekarno Hatta International Airport at 13.30 pm.
